Neck Pain 3 months
Hi Having neck pain for last 3 months.MRI normal and xray showed early degenerative sign of cervical spondylosis.Took physiotherpahy and nerve relaxant and muscle relaxant but did not get much relief.Cant tilt the neck right and bavkwards.Kindly help
