I feel like numbness on right leg is it normal for sitting too long on chair or any other medical conditions no swelling just little pain and numbness any tips pliz help and i am showing pics

I sat on floor for around 2-3 hours twice within a gap of 1 week. When is sat on floor I was having lower back pain. I was around a month back. After that I'm regularly having lower back pain sometimes mild sometimes bit acute. When I do rest or sleep during night it doesn't accur but during the day it aggravate. I have done vitamin d and vitamin b12 test as well. Vitamin d is 10 and vitamin b12 is 229. I have taken medicine as well it's still there.

I had been roughly diagnosed with having plantar Fasciitis - both legs - since 2019. Past 1 year I haven't been able to do much walking due to constant corns and callouses on both feet. Past 1 week, I have been having a strain on left leg - some kinda nerve pressing - exactly above the arch. Did ice pack and after a day or two heat fomentation. Used systaflam gel and temporary relief was there. Yesterday it started giving burning pain - only on that spot. used a belladonna strip and it feels better now. Since am unable to travel to any doctor I would like to online consult. Questions: 1. Are leg & foot massages fine when there is this nerve strain? It was suggested by a Physio earlier - before the recent pain. 2. What are the physio therapy that are done for plantar fascia? 3. How to manage this on a longer run? Height - 163 cm, weight - 80kg at present

I am working from home, so i sit one place more than 10hrs, so From yesterday I am feeling numbness in left leg below the knee. Is it a serious issue? What can i do to recover from this numbness?

I'm 24 years old, I was diagnosed 7 months back and now my pain is increasing it reached my shoulder joins and my sternum joints and my knees are also affected. They make a pop sound and vibrate a lot. I'm so worried to be suffering in this young age. I'm avoiding etoricoxib nsaid prescribed for pain. But I'm regularly on methotrexate,what should I do, how can i lead a painless life without nsaids or is it necessary to take them anyway? Please help

I am facing stomach pain while sleeping on the left since last two days. Initially thought any gastric issue. But after a revealed pain is coming only when I am sleeping on the left for some time.. throughout the day any sudden jerk that creates due to getting up from chair after a ling seating or similar caused tightness and momentary pain on the lower ribcage area of the front side...but then it goes away.. my orthopedist gave Hifenac. After taking it is good, pain was not coming due to sudden movements also applied hot water fomenting. First night was fine. Only slept on the back position.. 2nd night due to absence of pain forgot it and perhaps slept on left side for a while, some sensation of pain came back...due to hifenac dose it was not severe... immediately applied hot pad on the back rib cage, the front side tightness faded away.. Can any one tell me why it is happening.. very strange symptoms.. I first thought on day one that I have severe stomach infection but its not
