Stiffness in body
There's stiffness in my body all day long from few days especially when I woke up, my neck is stiff and when I try to bend forward the spine region pains a little.. just like a stretch kind of pain. Do I have low Vitamin D or calcium on my body? I am vegetarian.. what can I take to get enough vitamin D in my body?

Hi, Yes it might be due to a low vit D or calcium level However, you should also get few other investigations In the meanwhile you can start vit D and calcium supplementation Consult directly for proper guidance and management

Multiple joint pain can be related to Vit D deficiency which is common nowadays because most people work from home and don't have adequate exposure to sunlight which is main source of VitD.

Get an Xray cervical spine (AP & Lateral veiws) Serum Vit.D3 level, S. calcium
