Foot injury
I am suffering from foot injury since 2014 , i have consulted many times but there is no recovery yet.. it's paining and swelling over the foot .. X-ray report also not showing any injury.

If xray is normal. But pain and swelling are persisting. You need to get higher investigation to make a diagnosis. MRI foot and CBC with ESR. Is the minimum required to manage further such a case..

It could be unhealed soft tissue injury
Next Steps
I would suggest an MRI but prior consultation with me or any Orthopedician near by would be helpful for the referral

It could be a case of missed bony/ soft tissue  injury.
Next Steps
Can you please upload the Xray picture/ Report which you have got done? Also pls specify exact site of the pain over the foot
