Hi. I had digestion problem so I used to sit longer in toilet and stress my bottom feet a lot. As days went by my feet bottom would become numb while in toilet but had to complete process so kept sitting and stress on feet bottom continued. But numbness would go away in 5-10 minutes and then I will go on with my day and was able to walk. But as days went by my bottom feet- metatarsal and heel area started paining. But I thought it would recover as I stopped stressing feets in toilet. But as days went by and I kept walking, My feet metatarsal area and feel started paining and needle like sensations started coming at night. Then both feet bottom got swollen and now when I stand and put weight on feet or walk, it pains and swollen bottom feet and fingers become reddish in colour and start paining more. I tried cold pack and hot water with salt but swelling there. I want to be able to walk again and live my life. Seems small problem but it did not heal after rest so now need your guidance.

What I need to do to improve my condition ? What kind of exercise? What kind of food? What kind of posture I need to stay more. Can I lift weights? Can I go for running? Can I play sports? About me: I work in IT industry, I eat less but I get fat easily, I am 100kg with 167Cm height.

I am suffering from. Knee osteoarthritis which doc diagnosed 6 months before.since few days I am feeling pain in my wrist joint and finger joints and it's bad when I wake up in morning. Is sleeping in AC increase that? My joint bones makes noise like tak-Tak. Could u pls help me out with proper guidance?

Hi from 1.5 years I had back lower it's coming and you . I did all rest crp cbc sgpt URIC acid and ra. All are negative ..But from 2 month continues I have pain in right leg I cnt stand for long whole leg pain ..what is the issue . Is this any symptoms of bone cancer. I m totally afraid . Because I get pain some time in hand fingers also .

My veins have bulged a lot and feeling painful while standing am only 23.is it possible to return to their normal position by any natural remedies is there any cure for this

Hi doctor M the mom of 2 years old kid I was taking care of my family and cooking. So I used to stand and walk for long time. now a days I used to find severe leg pain and foot pain in both legs. I got two foot corns in my right leg. Can you please let me know what the exact problem is. This my thyroid report so please do check the report.

Hello sir ... Last year I had pain in upper thorasic spine at a point ... I undergo x ray , there was stretched muscle and after medication I got relive ... Now I am feeling pain in lower back area ( KAMAR DARD) .. it's not continouesly but movement or bend based pain ... What should I do
