How to identify sprain from fracture? I twisted my ankle on Saturday and have pain and swelling in my left foot. I can walk to the washroom with the help of right foot and heel of my left as i am unable to put the whole foot on the ground. Had visited a physician and he made me move my toes and rest my foot on the heel which i was able to do and hence he said it would be ok in a couple of days but i can still feel the pain and swelling hasnt reduced much.

I am having pain in my heels for last 2 weeks. Earlier, in morning, pain used to be more but after some time it used to become normal. But for last 2-3 days, pain in heels is throughout the day. Any advise how to overcome this.

I recently experienced sudden knee pain (both legs) after heavy exercises. I used to have calf pains (post covid) but not knee pains. Now I experience knee and calf tightness and heaviness (below knee) every now and then. I also saw one dark blue vein in the back of my right knee today after feeling heaviness in right knee from today morning. What should be done?

Till yesterday evening, I was normal. After that all of a sudden, I experienced pain in the images shown below (left and right feet) and left knee pain. The left knee pain occurs only when I try to push it back. I mean, I can keep my feet straight but can't push my knee back causing pain while walking normally. Even today Im having this problem. I never had any bone/muscle/joint pain before this. The pain is moderate to severe and occurs only while movements. What could be the cause for this? Is it due to cold weather?

Hi Sir/Mam, My mother is suffering from extreme pain in back of her heel, between calf and foot. The pain becomes less with stretching of legs . She is also a BP patient. What can be done for immediate relief and long term solution of this condition. Thanks

Mine foot slipped and I fell down , then mine tail bone got fractured, I am eating multi vitamin tablets and massaging one gel and ice also . What shall I do to get faster relief from TAIL BONE PAIN ??

Hello! This is regarding my mother. She had gone through two ACL surgeries due ligament tears for both of the legs each. And the surgery was done before 3-4 years ago, still suffering from critical pain from one of the leg . Can't resist seeing her suffering.(reflecting many sleepless nights due to pain) Medication used but no use. Suggestion needed ASAP.

Had an accident back in April and now still the swelling is not totally gone, I cannot walk for more than 15 min, the pain is terrible . As per present doctor I am asked to go for hot compression and medicines i. e. Rantac 300, Proxym ER, evion 400 and carnisure 500. I am sharing the  MRI report and present image of my right ankle, sharing both the ankles placed together, please check the ankle with surgery spot on right side
