Bone & Muscle problems

I have a habit of cracking my bones often  and now I have developed a light joint pain or bone pain on my index finger and ring finger, left hand index finger below nail and same on both ring fingers, I need some home remedies if you can suggest.

I am having neck, shoulders pain which grows toward head from back side of ear. I am also feeling numbness in left leg and hand and feels like paining. In neck and shoulders I feels needles pinching like sensation and never feel like fresh. I feel always dizziness. Which doctor should I consult for this.

I am suffering from right shoulder pain since 4 days. Please consult me exercise or medicine any. And why pain is not relieving and it is about to below the neck right side.

I had a shoulder dislocation 3 years before due to i fall from bike, now after 3 years, i started gym and its going good i feel good strength on my shoulder but recently i came from gym and just up my hand to put curtains but it's dislocated Then i rush to hospital, doctors fix and put shoulder immobiliser but they suggest Surgery Could u please help me with this

Hi doctors, I am an athlete with height 5.6inches and weight 65 kgs. I recently did my BMI and found that my bone mass is at the lower side, which is 2.5kgs. Are there any medication which can increase it a bit. I know it's in Normal range for day to day activities, however I feel that my bones don't support me well for heavy lifting. What can I do to increase it ?

Hi I'm Siva..I have been suffering from severe wrist joint pain (Write) especially when I place my hand in to push up positions. I have gone through all the rests including CRP, TB test, FNAC and also used all kind of antibiotics, pain killers and Multivitamin tables. There was less pain when I was on medication but it is usual after medication over. I was used the meditation around 2 plus months. Please help me out what would I do..As per my previous doctors and my google knowledge i think it is osteoarthritis. help me out what should I do get rid of this.. I am into severe depression because of this pain ! Thanks much in advance!

Currently reduced by 40 percent than before (Treatment undergoing homeopathy physiotherapy ) 2.. When can I start exercising walking? 3. Is it lifelong and reocurable? I have taken MRI of my left leg and found that it got ACL tear. But I can able to run, jogg,and can do all sorts of exercises. Is it required a surgery for the ailment or requires rest,and can I continue my jogging and exercises.

Got fractured in lateral cuniform,4th metatarsal and hairline fracture in medial cuniform.it's been 1 week on pop. Whenever I drop my foot I'm having pain,pricking and burning sensation just below my toes and above my fractured zone.if I raise my foot over pillow the pain subsides in downward direction towards fractured bone.it will last for 10 min.Y is it so?is it normal? My pop is bit loose at the starting (I can insert my one finger for 2 inch).whereas near my fractured area it's bit tight and loose.is my pop good? How long is my recovery?since my job is going to site,stand often,walk and use steps. If I shouldn't do above after removing pop I need to change to office work.so I need ur suggestion too

Hi, My mom is 60 yrs she has a problem in knee. Like her knee pain if she will not do anything. She is not able to stand, it take few min to stand for her . So what we can do any medicine or physiotherapy. She is already taking medicine for low sodium.
