Bone & Muscle problems

I sprained my right ankle. The swelling has reduced a bit but the pain is still there. The pain increases if excessive pressure is put. Did x-ray. The comments in the report says: "There appears chip fracture of cuboid bone with surrounding soft tissue swelling noted around it. Rest of visualised bones show normal anatomic configuration and alignment. The bone density appears normal. No obvious sclerotic lesion noted." Please help/advise.

In my MRI the impression was Altered signal intensity at L3 vertebral body appearing hypo on T1 and hyper on T2 and shows homogenous post contrast enhancement s/o infective etiology (? Tubercular) ... Further tests done were ESR 23 mm/hr and C reactive protein 4.2 mg/L... Can anyone tell me is it really spine TB.. the only symptom I m having is back pain I m 23 yrs old

From last 15 days I am suffering very severe pain in knee joints both ,same symmetry and bones pain ,I have done all test Bs 151 Tsh 4.5 Esr 10 CRP 4 CBC ANTI CCP LESS THAN 7 Hlab27 negative Ra factor 7.2 Vit d 19 Vit b12 450 Uric acid 3.85 All test are normal else I am feeling very severe joints pain , knee x ray also normal I am going into depression Pls suggest me what to do Although vit d is low , but I want to know if this pain is due vitamin d then vitamin d would not in a single days ,before 15 days I was living very healthy life

I got a very small cut from a tongue cleaner it is steel and is sharp and it cut a little on my finger. I have done the course of titnus at small age and got a tdap 2014. Should i be always worried after small cuts like these every time. I got anxiety now reading about tetnus and it always kills

Severe pain in one elbow. Had an accident few years ago and facing the problem since then. But recently the pain has increased. Should I get an X ray done. Also do I need to do any other tests?

Hi, My husband is having neck and spine related issues since 2 years.. We  did mri, Pls read and help us with some solution.. What exactly is problem and is it serious ? What should be done? He also had two stones in kidneys which after taking hydrotherapy, One gone and one still there.. What can be done..

Have consulted many cardiologist, had normal ecg, echo, but high cholesterol and bmi of 26.8 , i am having on and off chest pain since 2 months , also while i have chest pain i have acidity, so it can be true, but apart from heartburn there is also an muscular pain on right and left side of sternum on twisting my upper body while exercising it increases and after sometimes with rest it decrease. I have perfectly normal vit d and vit b12, used ointment but they didnt work, even had a 20 day course of zerodol and flexura, it got improved after medicine but it returned after a week or so, also i forgot to ask cardiologist about the pain on right side of chest which radiates in arm and shoulder i dont know if its same pain or just normal shoulder and arm pain, is right side pain related to chest pain? And the chest pain i am having is it normal due to exercising because i have started to exercise regularly after like a year and so i used to be sports player gained lot of weight,cholesterol
