  4. Foot cramp. Have legs while sleepin!

Foot cramp as soon as I lie on the bed,sometimes I feel foot numbness(both foot and palm) Sometimes I feel lightheadedness, my BP ll be always 108/68.. I'm a hypothyroid... Hemoglobin is 11.7 Vit D is insufficient.. Wat could be the cause.. I feel as if I don't have legs while sleepin

There can be multiple causes of numbness. Vit b12 deficiency or diabetes can be the cause. Please get yourself examined clinically
