Most common reason is a back sprain ....take some pain killers with anti inflammatory...it will be ok for sure... Just rule out that the pain does not radiates to your leg...

Hi, Since when are you having these complains? Does the pain radiate to legs? Any complain of numbness in legs? Any history of heavy weight lifting? Consult directly so proper history can be taken and essential investigations if required can be advised along with appropriate management and precautions

Hello. Could you describe the pain and how it started? Is it the first time you are experiencing it. Do you have any tingling and numbness in your legs? Did the pain start after any specific activity?
Next Steps
Would suggest you to take some oral painkillers of pain severe.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights. If pain persists consult a doctor for further management like x ray and if need be MRI
