Back pain and stiffness in  lower part
I have a problem in my back and lower part of the waist. There is always stiffness in it. Pls suggest what can be done or what could be the cause of it because my neck and back part always hurts and my muscles are always feels tired. If i walk for some distance my feet starts giving problem like cramp and severe pain sometimes.

Backpain is most likely due to the nature of your work or if you have strained your back. If your pain is not improving and if you have pain/cramps going down the leg, then you will need to get an MRI OF Lumbosacral spine to rule out any compression neuropathy
