Bone & Muscle problems

Day before yesterday i had fallen from bike while taking a left turn. So complete body weight and tried to hold the bike on pressurised on my right leg. Due to that i feel pain on thighs muscle also on back right below the bum. whenever i walk or pressure on right leg i feel such pain. But i dont have any swelling or injury on the leg. So am worried about it. Is it issue with any nerves connecting to my spinal?? Please help me with this.

It say it should be between1-6 in report and I'm having 7 , please recommend what to do and also I did this test as I am having pain in my lower back since 4 months.

I had accident on 25th August and had X rays and then on 13th September i again had X rays but the bones are not joining properly like before it was... So i would really like to know is it going to be a problem in future like in lifting weights nd moving hands or any kind of pain ? Please go through X rays

I work in bank  , since last 1month i have back pain in middle left of body , and in same portion , the pain is not continuous , when ever I bent or wake up after sleeping, or after sitting long time, i feel that pain, actually when that part of the body get presser there is pain, and the pain is in same place in one bone i feel , what to do now ??? I had knock knee osteotomy of right knee on 2nd July. Today after more than 10 weeks,doctors removed the slab . Now doctors told me to slowly bend knee day by day and also told some physiotherapy exercises. How can I care my knee after removal of slab,is it normal to have pain while bending my knee after 10-11 weeks of surgery? Please help me to know more about post knock knee osteotomy care.

I suffer finger pain in my middle finger and small finger from last 3 month some time it increases more some time less stiffening swelling and stiffening is also there pain increase more during periods I consulted doctors on practo also but didn't get well already I have all reports which is doctor prescribed like arthritis test and uric acid test

Hi Doctor, I am suffering with Leg pains from knee to bottom. 4 months back my cousin he was a doctor, he suggested to test for calcium, thyroid and B12, Vitamin D.In the reports B12 and Vitamin D less than 4. So he given some medicines for D vitamin and B12 injection. When I stop the medicines pain increased again particularly night too much of pain. Please suggest for further treatment to reduce the pain.
