Thigh muscle sprain
Yesterday my mother in law 62 yrs slipped and got muscle sprain in thigh. Ther is no swelling no pain no redness on the affected area . After taking paracetamol and antibiotic thee is some relief in pain but can't able to walk but on bed she can move her legs. Is there any injection that can make her to walk. Please suggest what to do.

She can take oral analgesic ( tab zerodol sp twice daily ) for 3 days.. And pain will go away and hopefully..she will walk If still she is unable to walk..get x-rays done

Hello. If she is unable to walk I suggest you consult an local Orthopaedician and get an x ray done
