Sweeling on my wrist and pain...and now pain is goes to my first finger is there any concerns please help

Upper back pain pain and some sounds coming from stomach to chest like gastrics . Cough also there some time

I have scoliosis and asthma from 2 years along with chest and back pain when I take too deep breath & mostly my back hurts because of carry Baby. How do I know that this musculoskeletal pain or lung pain my xray is normal.

I had small accident and my thumb got folded and I was light fainted and sweating at the time it happened and thumb was swollen . Appling rely spray swelling went away but after 3 days I'm not able to move my thumb completely and can't lift weight .In normal position of hand and less streching movements I don't have pain but movements including more streching I'm having pain. What treatment I need to take and do I need to see doctor and if yes which doctor?

Day before yesterday i had fallen from bike while taking a left turn. So complete body weight and tried to hold the bike on pressurised on my right leg. Due to that i feel pain on thighs muscle also on back right below the bum. whenever i walk or pressure on right leg i feel such pain. But i dont have any swelling or injury on the leg. So am worried about it. Is it issue with any nerves connecting to my spinal?? Please help me with this.
