Joint pain
I have joint pain from 1 week. First it started with Shoulder pain & then it continued to knee pain. I visited physician 2 times, as per him it's an infection but doc told I have mild fever as my eyes are little red. I explained doc that my eyes are always red & my temperature is below 99.5F mouth , 97.7 ( forehead ) always. No fever, no cold, cough or anything. I am taking cetrizine tab, antibiotics & dolo 650 as prescribed by doc. But seeing no effects of it. I feel my knee is hurting more now & I am unable to walk far as I used to Should I visit any specialist or continue by physician prescription. Kindly guide. I usually get pain in my shoulders, elbow & knee. It fluctuates every time.

The symptoms are suggestive of inflammatory arthritis. Please consult me or any orthopaedic surgeon through online or in clinic appointment. Need proper history and clinical examination to rule out
Next Steps
Will have to carry out some blood tests to confirm the diagnosis

Infection usually involves single joint.. Multiple joint involvement usually points towards inflammation... Get your ESR , CRP And visit a orthopaedician or a rheumatologist

Thorough physical evaluation is important as already a few doctors have already tried to treat your problems. Your symptoms suggestive of inflammatory arthritis may be reactive arthritis. But analysis is more important before jumping to conclusions.
