Height decrease
Hello I am 24 , I had more height when I was 18 , it was 176 from memory, but now at 24 I measure it is only 170 -172 is there any chances of decrease in height , I had the poor posture while sitting I always sitting bending my spine and used to take my legs up on table while studying. Also please answer can I get back my height by stretching and hanging

Hello That is very unlikely that you would lose height. It is possible in rare times suppose you had Backbone fracture. And at your age you will not gain height since the growth period of bone is over
