Too much calcium tabs may be harmful. Take balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. After 18yrs. Age we don't gain in hight. Lead a balanced life With 5' 3" hight, you can achieve any thing in your life.

Having calcium just to increase height have lot of side effect it may lead to other major prblm so plz check calcium level if its normal u may not require calcium at all. Increase height .. calcium do not increase height. Surgery can increase height yes But it painfull procedure and time consuming.  Are you ready for it ? Search about it limb lengthning procedure How much we can gain height depend on your bone condition  From 5.3 you can reach upto 5.9/5.10 approximately. Major problm in this surgery is infection . Need to be done in proper setup and by proper surgeon  . All suregon dont perform this procedure as its time consuming Nd result take time and infection fear always there till it Completely heals .
