I got my knee MRI done due to experiencing pain in the inner side of my left knee. I had dislocated it 9 months back. The report says -
Patella Alta
Low grade Injury of medail patello femoral ligament near it's femoral attachment
Grade II signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus not reaching articular surface, suggestive of mild mucoid degeneration.
Can someone tell me if this is severe or can be treated with medicines and exercise. I don't want to go through surgery.
