Chondromalacia patella. Treatment?

For chondromalacia patellae, it's just cartilage mild damage on patella bone in knee. No cancer related , nothing to worry about it. Continue medication appropriately, I also suggest to go ahead for physiotherapy and stop sport activities temporarily. If pain is increasing, get MRI done to know grade of chondromalacia patellae. More than grade 3, u can go for knee joint injections of growth factor which will help you in regrowth of damaged cartilage region

Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a pillow under the knee. --. No need to worry about cancer.. Chondromalacia patella is a common condition.. If other treatments are not working out.. Go for an jntra articular PRP injection.. it shows good benefits in recent times
