Bone & Muscle problems

Sir, am suffering from slip disk pain l4, l5, s1 as observed in mri since 2 years. I have taken consulation more than 5 ortho doctors and all kind of tablets like pragbalin, pain relief tablets, calicium, vitamin d3. But still no relief. I have also gone through physiotherapy but there was some relilef for some time. Then when i stop physiotherapy again back pain started.. My pain sometimes go to right buttocks and down the legs.. Please advice me what to do now.. I dont want to go for surgery. I have attached mri report for your perusal

I am not sure if it's the chest pain or the sternum inflammation. This is a sudden pain in between the chest. Is it dangerous?

Please suggest whether surgery is mandatory if knee Acl full tear, What may be the cost for Acl surgery.

I had fallen down indoors and injured my right arm. There  was no external injury. I did an xray to confirm the presence of  bone injury  but there is none according  to the report. The pain has subsided by a lot but there is a strange pulling pain when I use the arm for normal tasks, also while I walk the hanging position hurts. If I keep the arm straight and in complete resting position, i.e. straight beside me while lying down, it provides a little relief just for those periods of time. Kindly help me out with a guideline for proper care.

My left leg thigh  feeling of  burning sensation and  pain internally .I do not have swelling no redness nothing

Hello doctor..i done an arthoscopy meniscus repair on my right knee..it was bucket handle tear  repaired with Fibre wire. its been 8 weeks of surgery..i am doing knee strengthening exercises quadriceps exercises... after 60 days of surgey I tried to climb stairs...while i tried to climb with my right leg which of operated.,i feel heavy stiffness with high strain on operated leg..i tried to climb 10 steps i feel heavy stiffness on knee with pain..so i keep my left good leg first to claim and then right..and while getting down the stairs i keep right leg first and then left...my query is even 60 days why can't i able to keep my right leg first to claimb...whether my meniscus will completely heal... I am worrying about whether my meniscus will tear again.. kindly give an consult

Muscle pains & Bone Pains A specially in Hands, Shoulder's & Finger within 2 - 3 minutes of any normal work. Used Vitamin Tablets as per Doctor Proscription for 2 months ... But problem is still ... I'm using Heart Meds from last 4 years. Please Let me Suggest any Test's Required Any Medicine for This problem. Thank you

I'm having shoulder pain from last 3 months ( it's on n off) and had partial shoulder dislocations 2 years ago.. And now also.. My doctor said I'm having rotator cuff weakness so he gave me medicine and rotator cuff strengthening exercises.. And doctor said try medicine and exercise for one month if it will not improve then i may need surgery ( lacroscpy) *X ray and MRI attached* .. Plz help me what should I do. To avoid surgery..i am still having shoulder pain and weakness.. And if I raise my hand some clicking sound is there... I am worried.. Plz help me 😥
