I am feeling heavy on my right knee, often feel it ball has moved in sleeping position. Picture attached. Small swelling is bump on below knee. Couldn't lift feel heavy. Difficult to walk. Pls suggests does ligament problem or else? I am calcium definicy

I dislocated my index finger from PIP joint 2 months back. Now I m doing warm water formentation 3-4 times a day and I see grater degree of mobilization in my finger but swelling is still there and not decreasing very much. Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling???

I sat on floor for around 2-3 hours twice within a gap of 1 week. When is sat on floor I was having lower back pain. I was around a month back. After that I'm regularly having lower back pain sometimes mild sometimes bit acute. When I do rest or sleep during night it doesn't accur but during the day it aggravate. I have done vitamin d and vitamin b12 test as well. Vitamin d is 10 and vitamin b12 is 229. I have taken medicine as well it's still there.

I had been roughly diagnosed with having plantar Fasciitis - both legs - since 2019. Past 1 year I haven't been able to do much walking due to constant corns and callouses on both feet. Past 1 week, I have been having a strain on left leg - some kinda nerve pressing - exactly above the arch. Did ice pack and after a day or two heat fomentation. Used systaflam gel and temporary relief was there. Yesterday it started giving burning pain - only on that spot. used a belladonna strip and it feels better now. Since am unable to travel to any doctor I would like to online consult. Questions: 1. Are leg & foot massages fine when there is this nerve strain? It was suggested by a Physio earlier - before the recent pain. 2. What are the physio therapy that are done for plantar fascia? 3. How to manage this on a longer run? Height - 163 cm, weight - 80kg at present

I am working from home, so i sit one place more than 10hrs, so From yesterday I am feeling numbness in left leg below the knee. Is it a serious issue? What can i do to recover from this numbness?

I face huge pain in calf muscle at night which is unbearable kindly suggest cause for the same and remedy.
