Hi I assume you had a sprain which caused pain. Zerodol is a painkiller and you can take it twice a day after food for 3 to 5 days Pan 40 is an antacid, take this before breakfast daily for 5 days. Also use heat packs and diclo gel application. Get an injection of vitamin d and B12 . This will accelerate healing
Next Steps
get vitamin injections
Health Tips
