Shin Injury
Last sunday, i met with an injury while playing football. It was a shin injury. Since last week, thought the swelling has been reduced significantly, the feet is swollen. It has bruises as well.
Heat boils have also grown near the injury.

Since you have endure the injury and pain
It seems that one your bruises has acted as a portal for infection and because of that boil or furncule has formed. You need to go consult general surgeon for your assistance. He may give you correct advice.
