Bone & Muscle problems

I am feeling pain in my left arm, upper left back and left side chest pain, since last month. Done ECG, TMT a week ago n cardiologist said its normal. And i am suffering by vitamin b12 deficiency since 3 months n taking medicine. I am confused that why this problem occurs.

Once I slept wrongly on my left arm and in the morning it started to pain muscle would get stiff and stretchy from my collar bone start to the joint of my shoulder it was stiff and a grabbing pain in hand( as if some one was grabbing it tightly),weak hand it remained for two three weeks then I started doing yoga and arm streches for it the pain is gone but whenever I sleep in that side my muscles from the which goes to the collar bone feels tensed and stiff shoulder which after a bit exercise get well.my left arm also produce a crackling sound when ever I rotatte it . crackling sound is observed everyday sometimes I feel as my joint got stuck and I need to move it in order to get normal motion .

I got fracture in L1 L2 L3 of my spine which gives me lot of pain And my neck frature me bone chubh rahi hai But all xrays r clear so What is the problem that i m getting pain both in spine and neck

I had leg pain in both legs since year..doc had suggested me vit d n calcium tablets..now my vit d is 65 but still my legs pains all d time..now i hv knee pain like burnin pain..cannot unfold leg eaisly in knees if i sit on floor for long time(20 min or more).now if i stand more than 20 mins my both legs starts paining..i hav to sit..i hv done mri of knee..below is report..please suggest me if anything is serious heere..which needs to addressed quickly. ****************Impression for Report: Subtle illdefined increased signal in distal ACL? mild sprain/ early degeneration. Is it bad if I avoid having etoricoxib or any other nsaid for pain and I'm only getting treated with methotrexate

Hi... I am struggling with severe coccyx pain for quite some time now. Have been taking meds etc. But no relief. I work in IT so sitting for long hours is required and I am heavily overweight which kind of adds to the problem. Can you please suggest me a good doctor who can guide and help with the cure of this problem for good. I have visited some local doctors in my hometown and also visited Patanjali ayurvedic hospital but no relief. Thanks Deepak

I am taking tofacitnib and after taking this medicine my SGPT and SGOT level gone too high .. My ESR is now 50 & 1 month back it was 55 and my CRP level is now 9 , earlier it was 17 . I have ankylosis Spondylisis . Kindly advice Kindly advice on this
