  4. Disc bulge. Do suggest any medication?

I have severe lower back pain radiating all over right leg. Unable to stand straight or walk comfortably. Had an x ray and diagnosed with l3-l4-l5 disc bulge. Taking physiotherapy for 3 days but no relief. Please do suggest any medication
