Tuberculosis in spine
My mom has spine tb ..doctor advised me to operate ..is it right way to treat the spine tb patient ? Kindly any one tell me ..?

Please provide all the relative investigation that are being done for spine tuberculosis like x-rays,MRI ,BLOOD INVESTIGATION and also tell when the antitubercular medication have been started

Yes sometimes when the TB infection in the spine is getting too big and pressing on the spinal cord then you may need to get surgery to remove the pus. And also to fix the dissolving bones because they won't be able to support the weight of the body and may fracture making life even worse.
