Nothing serious in the xray ..

And take anti-inflammatory drugs for 15 days...
If the pain is not very sevre kindly go for physiotherapy

Hello.
Since when are you having this problem?Does the pain appear only in the morning or after any work or activity involving lifting weights. What is your profession and would be interested in knowing your weight? Do you have any tingling/ numbness in your legs?Do you have any other joint pain also?
Your x-ray seems okay there is nothing obvious but the symptoms can also be because of spine involving the disc.
