Hi, can you suggest me with the report what is it and what treatment should I take ? How serious is this ?

Sir/ma'am I am feeling numbness and tingling in right thigh outer part since yesterday. It started when I woke up in the morning. I had no injury to my legs nor do I do heavy exercise. I am attaching the affected area part , there is no wound or trauma as such but it's making me worried. Kindly guide how to cure it? I have done CBC today with kft and lft , all are normal.

I had a knee injury due to over use 9 months back . Specifically meniscus grade 1 signalling and acl sprain. The pain doesn't go away after 9 months...is this developing into chronic post traumatic arthritis which can't be solved or reversed...i am just 28 and this feels like handicapped. Please guide me here The doctors just said it will heal no need for anything. But what if this developed into a life long condition?

My father having left shoulder pain since 1 year,  he fell down from 8 feet wall. He had done x-ray ,there is nothing in x-ray . After few month back again he consulted with Dr. Then they advice shoulder freez. Do some exercises and take pain killer whenever have pain. Kindly suggest further what he can do still have shoulder pain , regularly doing excercise.
