Spine Tuberculosis swelling

I am 25 years old and I am suffering from spine tuberculosis. Since 6months I am on tb medication. After first 3 months, on repeat mri, it was found that there is 1-2 mm of growth in spine. So, I have undergone biopsy where it was tb culture result was negative (probably due to medicine that I was taking). Also it was not rifampicin resistance. After this doctor have increased dosage for akt4 and my crp level got down from 46 to 27. Also my weight got increased. And after two months, on repeat mri it was found that disease has not increased. So doctor asked to continue with the regime. My question is that even after 6months, I get back pain when I try to walk for some time. There is a kind of swelling like pain in paravertebral region. I do have kyphosis due to vetebral collapse. So is this pain due to tuberculosis or wedge compression? How much time it takes to get complete recovery from back pain?

Avn post Core Decompression surgery

Hi, i was diagnosed with AVN(left Hip) stage 2-3 due to this  Core Decompression surgery was done 4 months before. I got covid in 2021 and i was hospitalized for 3 days & they gave lots of steroids. I am doing lot better than before, but I still get manageable pain near hip joint sometimes. Is it common for pain to come & go. How long can I wait to see if my core decompression surgery is successful. Will my hip joint be a problem to give birth to baby in later years. Can I start small exercises for hip like walking on threadmill in level 1-2, cycling, climbing on stairs.

Ankle and foot injury query

Hello doctor, I twisted my left ankle while playing football 5 months ago. After doing the RICE treatment for two three weeks, I finally decided to get my checked by a doctor. There was swelling , I got an x-ray. No broken bones were detected. Doctor advised me to rest the ankle and wear a binder. I did that , regularly using the moov spray with the ankle binder. My difficulty in walking reduced, but the pain persists . The swelling is also there , I can experience difficulty in walking, although it reduced compared to the initial days. There is swelling in the upper foot area and some difficulty in the lower foot. Along with this , the ankle feels sore and the area just above the ankle and start of the foot, pains upon pressing. This condition is constant, pain in the ankle and swelling on the upper part of the foot. Please suggest any possibile remedies/ further treatment strategies that I can follow.
