The patient fell down the stairs and has severe pain in the tailbone. Different doctors have different opinions - for example - the sciatic nerve is compressed but the coccyx joint is fine, the tissues are crushed and last 2 pieces of coccyx have shifted, the pieces have broken, cracked, etc. Can you please analyse the attached XRay report and advise: 1. Which diagnosis is correct? 2. How to treat it? 3. Is surgery needed? 4. How long will it take to be fit?

Hello I recently slipped off stairs and had a shoulder injury. I am using immobilizer for shoulder after consulting doctor but now my thumb (at the end point) is also paining a lot. I am able to move the thumb but it pains and is tender to touch too. What should I do?

I HAD BEEN TESTED FOR HIGH ESR OF 35 AND ANTI CCP LEVEL OF 0.7 IS IT SOMETHING TO WORRY? WHAT CARE I NEED TO TAKE?

Please advice vitamin D supplement for 27 year old woman. I took vitamin D shots 4 times last in September n since then haven't taken any supplements for my deficiency.

I have to work in front of the computer a lot and I am experiencing pain near the thumb and wrist region . The pain increases when I wake up from sleep in the morning. Please suggest what I should  do.

I was working out in gym on Friday suddenly heard a snap or pop sound in my hand not sure where, but was having no pain and I did workout next day as well, and took break of one day again then I got very mild hand pain but I worked out for next to 2 days(yesterday and today) but I'm worried now did I tear my bicep tendon? Pls anyone reply I couldn't sleep just worrying about this.

Hi doctors, Last 8 months I'm having pain at my lower back right side. It gets increased while sitting. I'm not getting pain while walking or sleeping. But if I sit for more time, I feel like gas is trapped in that pain area and pain spreads in other places due to air and I feel buring sensation at many places in the right. And whenever I take paracetamol for fever, I feel more gas all over body and this back pain gets worse. Doctors said I might have issues with muscles spasm plus gastritis. 1. Also my ESR is 30 to 40 (1hr) whenever I take cbc test. 2. My abdomen usg/ct scans says no kidney stones. 3.I have gastritis which gets triggered whenever I take paracetamol. 4. This back pain is there for last 8 months and it's gets worse when gastritis symptoms arise. But I always feel pain starts at the back and feel like gas filling in my muscles or inflammed. 5. If I sleep upside down, I feel like my right side back muscles are stretched and I get more pain when I woke up.

I don't get back pain easily when sitting on chair. When I sit for 2-3 hours straight on bed, I get pain in lower back. Now I am also feeling Shaking movement in my body. Many a times, my head also pains because of back pain. What should I do? My blood report is normal.. just vitamin d level is 6 something.
