Patella femoral pain syndrome

I have knee pain on the right knee since 2019. Went to Dr and had x-ray, MRI. My pain started as pain in the right knee, like burning pain. Severe burning scale of 8/10. swelling in the knee. But Dr didn't say anything about the swelling.Given ibuprofen 800 and then Diclofenac gel/pills. It didn't help and burning was always there. Constantly. Dr said it's PFPS and patella subluxation. Sent me to PT. Did lots of PT and dry needling till 2020. Then I didn't go for PT.I have got another health issue chronic severe jaw/neck pain since 2020. So I couldn't go for knee PT. The burning is still there in the knee. It hurts when I climb the stairs. Hurts when the knee is stretched(while laying down) and bending. If I bend and stretch the knee in sitting position, I hear some and feel crunchiness in the knee. It's not normal like other knee. Pain in the lateral side of the right knee. Right side on the right knee.It burns a lot in the knee inside and on right side. will this pain subside?

My pain has reduced some 70% but i still have pain when i twist my wrist upwards. Is it fine if i go on a motorcycle ride for 15 days long, covering more than 2000km ? Or shall i drop the plan if its gonna worsen my wrist condition. Please suggest !

Intrameniscal signal change & Mucoid ACL

Left knee issues Feeling some uneasiness or slight stiffness and if I stand for long feels like irritating, no issues in stair climbing or bending or extending my left knee which has no history of any kind of trauma or anything. Did MRI and found these two points mainly, Mild Mucoid degeneration of ACL Intrameniscal signal change Grade 2 in Posterior horn of medial meniscus without tear. I had ACLR on my right knee some two years ago and that knee isn't having any issue of any kind. Why suddenly on healthy knee such thing? What can be the mode of treatment ? Do Physiotherapy work in such case? Also MRI disnt state anything regarding Osteoarthritis whereas Xray report said early stage of osteoarthritis. I'm confused what is going on with my both knees. Will I be ever able to walk or do activities without limiting myself like a normal person ever??!! Please help and suggest your valuable points. Please !!!

Disc herniation

I have been having pain in my left hips for the past 10 years.I came to know that I am having slipped (Herniated) disc in the lumbar region that is on L4 - L5. After showing the MRI results the doctor suggested physiotherapy like TENS and IFT. On the first day of the session itself, After taking physio, when l reached home after some time, l wasn't able to sit and walk and the next morning l was ok and l don't know the exact reason behind this. Some doctors preferred me to do Minimal invasive spine surgery (MISS) they said surgery is the only cure for this and some doctors suggest me to do NCS (Nerve conduction stimulation). After seeing the NCS report, he said that, l am having very high nerve compression and surgery is required but not now because, of the young age. Now, l am confused about to whom do l have to believe. As per the MRI, it shows the problem is in the right leg, but l am having pain and feeling some sensation when l touch my one finger in my left hip.
