Bone & Muscle problems

My wife was having knee pain while lifting her legs occasionally and while climbing stairs. We went for general consultation with an Ortho Doctor and they asked for an X ray and then Mri. Can someone help what this report indicates. Is there any complications.

Hello Doc, I am having knee pain from last one week. Only left knee and leg is having issues. I am an it professional and need to sit for long hours. No history of any injury or anything. Vitamin is low and current level is 27. Sometime abrupt movement causes some nerve uneasiness from hip to feet only on left side. Is it something serious? I am tensed.
