Hi, doc has given me tricort injection in my shoulder for my arm pain ..how long it takes to take effect after injection given????..its been 2 days i got it..no pain relief

My MRI report- -Grade I sprain of anterior cruciate ligament with fraying of few fibers at the femoral attachment, otherwise intact. No discrete tear /anterior tibial translation. PCL is intact. • Grade I signal in body and posterior horn of medial meniscus with intact root attachment. No discrete tear. • Lateral meniscus is unremarkable with intact root attachment. • Near Jull thickness tear of medial collateral ligament is seen at femoral attachment site with few intact posterior fibers. The torn fibers of medial collateral ligament have retracted by approximately 1.5 cm and are lying along medial femoral condyle. Tibial attachment of medial collateral ligament is intact. • Grade I sprain of lateral collateral ligament at femoral attachment site with fraying of few fibers, otherwise intact. Grade I strain of popliteus tendon at femoral attachment site with fraying of few fibers, otherwise intact. • Mild fluid in knee joint with extension to suprapatellar bursa

He had a sudden fall, fractured his D11 bone. Is surgery required for such a fracture as he is old or some other treatment required.

Respect sir/madam From past 2and half months i getting pani on my lower right lumber to tie party. Some times right side of tie party. Mostly as of now i suffering this pani on night times only... Day time if i seat for long time same sements coming... But mostly night time when I am sleeping this pains coming... My docter suggest MRI but due to phobia i can't go for MRI... Plz may i know the which pani is this thanks

Pain is there in the lower back right side which is radiating to my leg . What precautions and test i need?

I have been diagnosed with a complete tear of ACL and discoid meniscus with intra-meniscal linear signal abnormality not involving the surfaces suggesting grade 2 signals. And mild effusion in joints. This attached MRI report was generated on 2nd January 2023. And I got injured on the 24th of July 2022. Post injury I tried physiotherapy from September month to November month, I felt like I was completely fine but due to multiple incidents (second twist happened in the next 2 weeks, then one small incident, then a sudden jerk on my left knee 2 months back ) and symptoms redeveloped. Please suggest me how I should proceed now. Is surgery the only option or physiotherapy is fine ? If yes then how much time will it take to recover completely. Thanks in advance

I have dorsal ganglion cyst on my wrist which is causing pain . I have gone through aspiration but no use the fluid has come again. There is a surgical option but even there recurrence is chances are there what should I do now I don't understand because it's causing pain and interupting my day to day life.

I had ACL Reconstruction 3 months back I'm getting grinding sensation while straighten my knee every time is that normal sir. And also getting sound and movement while doing varus stress test it's positive.

I've been feeling nerve pain and bit numbness and tingling over my right toe and sometimes little finger too what can it be please help? It can be something serious? It started suddenly yesterday

Hi sir,madam My relative is fallen from scooty and got leg pain so we did x-ray scan, following report is generated and used the mentioned medicines but still pain is not reduced.can you confirm about this medicine and any addition medicine to be used for solving the problem.
