Bone & Muscle problems

There is a sharp pain on my right shoulder when I lift weight at a particular angle. If I press a particular area on the shoulder (most probably the joint) there is pain. I also have a tingling sensation on the right shoulder blade which goes away with exercise and stretching. Additionally, I have a recurring right lower back pain which gets intense while travelling/ any other exertion and I believe all these issues are interrelated. My right elbow has also developed some cracking noises and pain, especially when I wake up. Please let me know how I can solve these issues and suggest further treatment/ diagnosis.

Hello Doc, Yesterday I did Swedish back massage through urban company and since then facing whole back soreness and stiffness mainly on mid back. Is it something serious or it will go away ? I am afraid that is had not caused any spinal damage or something like that. Kindly help as I need to travel in 2 days.

My sister legs and hands are getting swollen and she is even having pain. She is not able to walk also. Pls let me know what's the issue .

I was detected with spine tuberculosis since 6 months. I am currently taking akt medicines. Tb is responding well with the medicines. Crp levels have also improved. Weight has also increased. But I have developed kyphosis. And I am having problem when I sit in chair and my spine presses against the support. So do i require any kind of surgery to fix this kyphosis Or this will get resolved when all the pus collection will be drained? Can I live with kyphosis for rest of my life? Will my pain reduce?

I am feeling a pain in my left feel. Specially when i am trying to fall my feet. Its betwwen the3rd and 4th toe . I am unable to walk properly. I did xray and blood test of uric acid and other two. Everything is normal in report only vitamin d3 is 5 in place of 30 atleast. Took meficines but no cure is seen. Very worried about the condition. Please help and suggest.

Dear Sir/Madam, My self Shiba prasad from odisha, I am getting heelling  pain since 1 year... I have tried many local medicines.But till today my heel is still continue pain.An orthopedic doctor told me to take continue febuxostat tablet 40 mg medicine. I am taking that medicine (febuxostat 40 mg tablet) for many months,But I am not getting any effect from that medicine, please tell me some good and better solution.
