Is everything normal wd me MRI report? whtas does "PRESERVED" means in MRI glossary.....my lower back pain is persistent ... plz help me.with the treatment

Hi. I underwent a surgery on 21st Nov 2022 and now I am able to walk slowly and comfortably. But my only concern is the stiffness underneath the patella, which is still there and all other stiffness has gone by icing. My left shoulder has some issues ...an injury happened some years before and it happened when my shoulder stretched to the back side by doing a workout in the gym..after a month it was healed ...then after an year or two this happened again and then it healed again within a month ...now it happened again but it's been like 3 months and still i have shoulder pain what to do?
