I have pain from neck till shoulder while walking,also right ear feels stuffed, early morning feeling numb

Hello, My right shoulder had a muscle tear around 11 years ago and then got dislocated around 9 years while playing badminton. The same shoulder got dislocated again today after I fell from stairs. How can I make my shoulder strong for long term so this problem doesn't happen again.

I have taken a tetneus injection approximately 2 years ago...but after taking injection pain at the hip starts...I have done some home remedies such as hot and cold fermentation...but pain is not going  away 100 % completely. Cyst  or tumor is not felt by touching..can I go for xray for hip for better evaluation...or any other better test  which clears the picture accurately...

Is there any nursing staff available for injection at home twice a day near Rampura Road, Sanganer , Jaipur?

Its been 4 months of fracture walking with walker. In the xray there is a separate bone piece will this piece unite itself or it will require further surgery.

My father, since 1 month is having a loss of sensation in his legs after sitting at one place for some time, we did his MRI (whole spine screening). The doctor has suggested surgery to treat the problem and have suggested some medicines for due time Need an opinion on whether surgery is required or the same can be treated by Physiotherapy too

I've consulted many cardiologist for my left side chest and arm pain, done 10 ecg's, 1 2d echo, TMT all came normal, despite all normal i still have left chest (pin point pain) and left arm pain, i was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis 2 years back, I'm attaching my MRI of Cervical spine and brain angiography Please check and let me know if it's heart related or cervical related and should i go for CT coronary angiography or not

My all vitamin profile is fine. Still, i feel cold feet, cold knee and knee weakness. I already have nerves sensitivity issues ...is it nerve related or bones/muscles. All body reports are fine except slight increase in ESR always.
