Calcium test??
Is a blood test a reliable indicator of calcium levels and bone health in the bod?
As per my physiotherapist, blood test is not a reliable indicator as the body extracts calcium from the bones to keep levels in blood adequate. I am 48 yrs & having leg bone pains... Want to start a calcium supplement as I think my calcium intake is not sufficient. Pls advise.. Thanks.

Permanent cure for Lumbralised S1
Hi Doctors,
I am a 18 years old student,
I was suffering from back pain from last year,
Later when I consulted to doctors they asked me to do MRI scan,
Later I came to know that I am diagnosed with Lumbralization of L5 S1.
I just want to ask whether this condition has any permanent solution as I was told that there is no permanent cure for Lumbralization.
I am on exercises for now and feeling much better. If there is any solution please let me no and if yes, should I opt for it ?
