Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in neck region rediating to left shoulder and hand and left leg with continues headache. My vitamin d=16.3 ,b12=212.problem in chest and neck muscles also affected I think.M.R.I report attached.Suggest me some best treatment to recover fast.

Hi I had a radial head fracture a month ago. However there is pain still that persists while using my hand. Wanted to check if there is any ointment that I can apply for relief.

Plz see attached report and advise the solution. Doc suggested bed rest bt patient in too much pain. Should he use back support belt?

As per the Xray of both knee AP/LAT report Osteophytes seen from tibio- femoral condyles and patellar margins joint spaces are reduced. No loose body seen. Impression: Osteoarthritis of both knee joints. Could you please tell me the meaning of the report What treatment required ? Do she required surgery?

I had a video consultation with dr. Shumayu dutta at 3 pm for which yesterday I paid rs. 855. But no consultation was done and also no reply from practo end. It's really very worse experience i ever had.

I feel like always twisting in my left side of the buttock and anus area. It feels misplaced there. I feel like twisting there to put it in the right place but  I can't. I move my left leg all the time. What could be this? Please help! It's been 1 year.

I used to give swing to my 1 year old kid in cradle continuously(1 hr) in night.I have pain and spasm in right hand wrist since 3 weeks.Specially a muscle on left side of right wrist which is connecting the thumb is much in pain that I can't lift heavy objects.Initially I applied Diclofenac gel and hot pack but spasm not cured.Later I consulted ortho,he had given painkiller and ask for continuing hot pack,but it was not cured. After 1 week I changed ortho and he did Xray which was normal, he gave zerodol-sp for one week and hot pack continue but it was not cured. I consulted again after a week (i.e 3rd week) He changed medicine to Chymoral-AP. And prescribed physiotherapy UST and SWD. I did all for a week,pain is reduced but not cured. Pain is bearable uptil now but unable to do any work. Physiotherapy doesn't work, neither anti-inflammatory. I asked doctor for muscle relaxant but he said it is not required.What to do now?Pl mention any muscle relaxant suitable during breastfeeding.

I am doing small workouts and sometimes feeling pain back and tingling in left foot. I had physiotherapy for a month, it improved. May I continue doing workouts

Hi i am ahmed and my vitamin d report is attached.Vitamin D is low. Because of low vitamin D i guess i am easily fatigue, tiredness, joint pains etc.i also checked b12 its normal.please advice some medicine .thanks for your response in advance

I am taking pregabalin & methylcobalamin, Nucoxia MR, multivitamin and calcium tablet since about 20 days. And also taking physiotherapy since 6 days and still pain in his left side leg. guide me i don't want to go for surgery also attaching MRI report.
