Hi doctor I am getting nerve pain in my right leg.. It starts from lower back and go till calf.. I applied powergesic gel at that point already.. Can I also take powergesic tablet too? I need some resolution for this.. Please help

I had open fracture 4 months ago and had surgery but after surgery my  leg got deformation. Iam sharing my leg and xray pic please give your opion whether this deformity leads any difficulty after union of fracture or not .  I had intramedullary titanium interlocking nail inside leg . Currently walking with walker.

Did is compulsory after disc surgery after 10 years we have to replace whole disc ... is it for all patient?

My age 13.8 and my height is 4.9 and i have knock knee deformity also my surgeon has done hemiephiphyesis 8 plate surgery to correct knock knee at that time my growth plates are fully opened but there after 7months there is not much improvement in knock knee so my orthopedist surgeon advise me to take advice of endocrinologist for early growth plate closure and maturation but endocrinologist said 1,2 year is left for more growth only my endocrinologist gave me iron medicine for 2 month and protein drink for 2 month he said come after 2 months and i want to know early growth plate closure here is the x ray of my left hand can you tell me how many year i will grow more

My mother fell down and MRI was done.D11 vertebral body collapse noted with anterior wedging and reduced vertebral body height with significant retropulsion causing anterior thecal sac compression, significant spinal canal narrowing and indentation over thecal cord. Mild bone marrow odema noted involving D12 vertebral body Anterior wedging of superior wns plate collapse seen involving D12 vertebral body Treatment suggested is vertibroplasty and kyphoplasty. She is 70 years old whether this treatment is correct. Will it cure hee pain that she is suffering from now
