Bone & Muscle problems

My Vitamin D3 is 16.29 and Vitamin B12 is 209. How much dose of D3 60k iu I should take per week and for how much duration. Also should i take medicine for B12 also.

The doctor told me by looking at my knee xray that i have osteoporosis...is it reversal ...or what is this ?

My mother's MRI impression says: IMPRESSION: Feature suggestive of mild to moderate tibo-femoral osteoarthritis with effusios •Medial meniscus anterior, posterior horns and adjacent body show intra-substance signal of grade III with its extrusion Grade II signal seen anterior, posterior horns of lateral meniscus Chondromalacia patella grade 1 Advice: Follow up Investigations have their limitations. Solitary pathological/Radiological and other investigations never confirm the final diagnosis. They only help in diagnosing the disease in correlation to clinical symptoms and other related tests. Ple interpret accordingly. What does this means? Thank you!

I went to the doctor with this xray and he said this age is not good for this xray...i had an injury 9 months back on my left knee...but today both the knees are in pain... please look at the xray and give me a diagnosis of what i have and is it treatable.. ? Dear Sir/ Ma'am I have. Undergone surgery for removal of giant cell tumor from my distal femur region of right leg , extended currettage with cementing plating was done. It has been 10 months since removal of tumor i am able to bend my around 123-125 degrees with 0 degree extension. I want to ask will this bone cement and plate be permanent or will i have to get it removed and is there any lifespan for bone cement?

Hi, I had a fracture in my right hand little finger  because of bike skid and undergone kwire surgery for the same 4 weeks back. After kwire removal and two days of physio(wax). I am still not able to bend the little finger. It is still straight. Is this normal or any complications? I have attached my after accident and before kwire removal x-rays for the same. Pls provide your thoughts.
