I'm sorry to hear about your shoulder pain. There could be many potential causes for your symptoms, including rotator cuff injury, bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, or arthritis. It is difficult to determine the exact cause without a physical examination and potentially some imaging studies. I would recommend seeing a doctor or a physiotherapist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In the meantime, you can try some home remedies to alleviate your symptoms, such as applying ice to the affected area, taking over-the-counter pain medication, and avoiding activities that aggravate your shoulder pain. If the pain persists or worsens, it is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to prevent further injury or complications.
