Firstly, regarding your desire to increase your height, it is important to note that genetics largely determine your height, and there is no guaranteed way to increase your height significantly after puberty. However, there are some lifestyle changes you can make to help optimize your growth potential, such as maintaining a healthy diet, regular exercise and getting enough sleep. Regarding your back pain, it is difficult to determine the exact cause without a proper medical examination. It is possible that the pain is related to poor posture or muscle strain, but it is important to consult with a medical professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. In general, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and good posture, can help prevent back pain. Additionally, seeking medical attention as soon as possible for any concerning symptoms or injuries can help prevent further complications.
