A high level of uric acid and CRP can be indicative of inflammation in the body. Pain in the heel after waking up in the morning or after prolonged walking could be a symptom of plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis. Both of these conditions can be associated with high levels of uric acid and CRP. It is recommended that you consult with a doctor or a podiatrist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. They may suggest further tests and imaging to determine the underlying cause of your heel pain. In the meantime, it is important to rest the affected foot, avoid high-impact activities, and wear supportive shoes. Applying ice and doing stretching exercises may also help to relieve pain and inflammation.
