It sounds like you are experiencing significant back pain and discomfort. It is difficult to provide a specific diagnosis without a proper medical examination, but based on your description, it may be possible that you are experiencing issues with your spinal discs or nerves. I would recommend that you see a medical professional, such as a doctor or a physiotherapist, for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They may recommend imaging tests, such as an X-ray or MRI, to get a better understanding of what is causing your pain. In the meantime, it may be helpful to avoid any activities that exacerbate your pain and focus on gentle stretches and exercises that can help to strengthen your back muscles. You can also try applying heat or ice to the affected area for temporary pain relief. Maintaining a healthy weight can also help to alleviate some of the stress on your back. If you are overweight, you may consider speaking with a nutritionist or dietitian to develop a healthy eating plan. Overall, it is important to address this pain sooner rather than later to prevent it from becoming chronic or leading to further complications.
