Pain in left side of hip and leg
I had a back pain due to lifting something heavy and it went away but there's still some pain left hip till thy just above knees. It's kind of a mild pain but tickling. And have no problem while walking or lying down but while sitting the pain starts and increases.

It’s radiating pain due to nerve compress in lower spinal region… you need some medication and proper Physio therapy session…
