A four month old injury. Having pain in movement & mobility is reduced. Can't put much pressure in that hand. Got an x ray still no issues found. Suggest something.

Need x ray and clinical examination details. Area of pain and tenderness. Is the skin red or blue and shinning sign of Sudeks Dystrophy ) which of movements are painful etc. if no information then do MRI hand and wrist.
Next Steps
Immobile in brace or plaster. NSAIDs for two weeks Encourage finger movements
