After been suggested for implant revision surgery from tensed nail to im interlocking titanium nail because the enders nail(tensed)
is not supporting leg weight and leg was bending while walking very much .
But now after surgery with im interlocking titanium nail fixation now also my leg is bending slightly while i put weight on it .The bending has reduced very much but not gone fully .
Its been 1 month of revision surgery.
Should i use PTB brace for reducing bending or this is any other issue in my leg . Can longer fibula leads bending in leg ?,
Iam sharing my post and pre operative xrays

It's important to consult with your orthopedic surgeon regarding any concerns or issues related to your recent surgery. They will be able to examine your leg and advise you on the best course of action. It's possible that the bending is due to muscle weakness or imbalances, which can be addressed through physical therapy. Using a PTB brace may also be helpful in providing support and reducing bending while you're recovering. Additionally, longer fibula can lead to instability in the ankle joint, but your surgeon would have taken that into account during the surgery and made the necessary adjustments. Again, it's best to discuss your concerns with your surgeon who is most familiar with your specific case.
