Is surgery needed
Hlo everyone,
Is surgery reuqired for repeated dislocated shoulder..
It happened 6 times in last 5 yrs..
And it gets relocated in 5-10min.. But the pain is unbearable for some time till half n hr..
Recently got mri scan done..
It showed
Tear in anteroinferior glenoid labarum bankarts lesuion
And also
Coritical irregulariti with mimimal bone marrow edema
But showed rotar cuff muscles shows normal signal only..
So is surgery required or not.. Any idea
