If your previous surgery has failed and you are experiencing instability of the knee, the only way to solve this issue is to get a 2nd surgery.
Next Steps
Repost or get a video consult with previous consultation papers and MRI films if available. Till then use a knee support/ hinged knee brace for support while walking.

What was the reason for the failure of 1st surgery.Need to discuss in detail regarding that,need to have a clinical examination.Review with New MRI. Can plan for surgery with clinical appointments examination and New MRI.
