Buckling of pcl - laxity
Hello. I am suffering from pcl injury in left leg from past 4 months. no accident .i think i twisted my leg while playing table tennis Working out on quadriceps muscles but no luck. After exercise my leg feels good for an hour or so . Now my right knee is in pain as well and is getting loose. Please help

The only thing will help is quadriceps strengthening U can use knee brace and do some proprioceptive exercises
