ACL and PCL SPRAIN
I was diagnosed with ACL and PCL SPRAIN last week (got an MRI scan done) it's been more than a week now but still I've had more pain in my knee and hamstring (from the last few days) . I started rehab stretches and exercises slowly but still paining, is it because I'm walking and doing my daily activities including visiting the office and all? How much time will it take to heal and be normal? Please let me know how to reduce pain and sleep peacefully
